New Year, New Baby Gender Reveal Part

I can't believe how time has flown by! We are practically a full month into 2014! Well for the new year at hand, I have a gender reveal to share from a "New Year, New Baby" reveal party. Gender reveal decor doesn't always have to be in your typical pink and blue color palette.  For a fresh modern take, I chose a gender neutral colorway of mint green, gold, with accents of silver. Since the reveal was held during the holiday season, props were made from tinsel, ornament balls, and glitter created a festive atmosphere.  But it doesn't have to be the holiday season to use glitter and sparkly accents! I would use it any time of the year to glam up my events and add Flair! The male and female gender symbols were used throughout the decor. Check out some of fun details below.

Silver garland trimmed chalkboard tally- almost tied!!
Sweets and Treats featuring Male and Female tinsel gender symbols backdrop!

DIY prop horns to celebrate the new baby, and the New Year!

Tassel garland in mint green, gold, and silver always looks great!
Treats! Labels were adorned with male and female gender symbols made from tinsel.

Pistachio Mousse Cakes jars adorned with gold bells
Gender Symbol shortbread cookies

Decor! Bird cage urns fills with gold, silver and green foliage and a mint baby safety pin accent

There are many ways to have fun with your gender reveal theme and color palette. Stay tuned for more details from the party!
